Bead Sealing

Athena USA has perfected the art of silicone bead sealing! Sealant beads are designed according to customer specification for loading, width, height, shape or lettering and our special curing process produces glossy, crisp, convex beads.

Coatings

Athena USA has several proprietary coatings designed to enhance sealing according to gasket body material, flange surface roughness and coefficient of expansion.

CUSTOM GASKET DESIGNING & MATERIAL SELECTION

3D modeling allows us to simulate how different gasket body materials, bead seals or embossments may seal with differing temperature, flange thickness, vibration and load dynamics.

IN-HOUSE TOOLING DESIGN & BUILD

Athena USA not only designs your gaskets, we also design and make the die-cutting, blanking, embossing, forming and closing tools that produce your gaskets. Using Solidworks, the leading 3D modeling software, we will custom design your gasket, then use the gasket model to design the tools to make the gasket.
